We currently take orders from, and ship to, Continental USA addresses only.  Alaska and Hawaii may place special orders via email for a quote that will include additional shipping charges.  Additional ordering instructions would follow.

International (Non USA) orders are not processed.  Contact TOPOGEAR for the latest info.

Customers must know your local legal laws/ordinances concerning "Customs", "Purchasing", "Carrying", "Age Restrictions" "Use", "Transfer" and "Safety" of, Knives, Tasers, Pepper Spray, Weapons, and other products and accessories found on this site.  TOPOGEAR only purchases items legally sold to us by our suppliers.  We do not purposely sell items considered illegal in any area.  Please notify us if you see something listed your local area does not allow.  We will make every attempt to alter our software. TOPOGEAR is not responsible for repayment, reimbursement or replacement of confiscated items by Law Inforcement/Customs/Post Office/etc.  TOPOGEAR is also not responsible for the consumers/customers, use, misuse, damage, injury or death, transer and safey, etc by those purchasing said item(s).  The puchaser is soley responsible for proper transfer, use and safety, and for any damage, injury, or death, etc they may cause.  Do not order unless you accept this responsibility.

TOPOGEAR only collects the current Clark County, Nevada, USA, State Tax on taxable items, for orders shipped to Nevada, USA addresses.  All other shipments become the responsibilty of the customer to insure any local, area. etc required tax is paid.  This would also include any type of International Customs, Tax, Fees, etc.  The customer is responsible to insure said taxes or fees are paid outside the TOPOGEAR transaction.  Do not order if you have local restrictions that differ.
